We also provide topographic mapping, construction staking, and field surveys for a variety of construction purposes.

We use the latest technology for GNSS locating, robotic total stations, and file conversion for use in contractor equipment that is also equipped with GPS receivers.

Survey Services

Through our integration with Benchmark Engineering, we have survey services in the Harbor Springs and Petoskey area that go back 50 plus years. This includes all the typical boundary survey work needed by individuals and businesses for property transfers, developments, easements, and related activities.
