Commercial Structures

Our structural team has provided design services for many high profile commercial structures in northwest Michigan. This includes the renovation of the Hotel Earl in Charlevoix, the former JC Penny building in downtown Petoskey, a multi-purpose building on campus at NCMC, Bishop GMC in Clare, and the One Water Street mixed use building in Boyne City.
